Gate valves are useable in water utilities industry, water supply networks, irrigation systems, petroleum, oil and gasoline networks, tanker manufacturing industries, pneumatic and hydraulic industries, chemical materials and building industries.
The gate valve is designed and manufactured according
to the Iranian National standard No. 23165 and is made of hot forged brass. The main form of ribs is
calculated in inches based on EN ISO-228 Standards. Intermolecular distance is reduced as little as
possible in the production method to increase body resistance to destruction tests, consequently,
working pressure resistance rises. For this reason, the forging method is selected.
Advantages
Mounting two (2) O-rings of NBR Material on the stems of the gate valves, will not only assist the sealing of the hexagon nut under- zone but also increase sealing of the plug outer side several times as much. As a result, it is not necessary to regulate the hexagon nut required for sealing extending.
